Gammon’s recently installed a new heat pump at my home. I shopped around and I chose this company because of their excellent customer service and reasonable price. I interacted with several staff in the process and each one was responsive, friendly, and courteous. I was impressed that they moved my request along quickly and I had a new heat pump within a week of the first contact! A special shout-out goes to Tyler and Keegan who did the installation! They were two of the nicest and politest techs I have ever met! They were quick with the installation, spent time explaining to me how to operate the unit, and answered my many questions. They were awesome! The whole experience was very positive and I am so happy to have heat again. Thank you Gammon’s!

Amazing Project Stress-Free
We were in an emergency situation (Boiler Flooded, and needed to be replaced, our quoted company couldn’t get the job in the books but they said 14 weeks out) We have 2 young children and are business owners using our home as our office.
I called Gammons at 4:29 pm, I was giving one more shot at another company, and Debbie answered the phone. I was in need of help and she was a lifesaver – She had compassion, and urgency and made things happen. Even the OWNER came out to our home and gave a quote with the plan to have our oil unit switched out to install a propane unit
Putting together pieces:
Jaime was precise with the coordination of the installation schedule timeline for this to go smoothly (Even helped with it being completed by my daughter’s birthday)

Victor called and gave us very clear directions on the installation tools/units/people/things arriving the night before
Chrispypray and Bond were the ones who put this together piece by piece on the schedule. Very trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond, attention to detail, and informed us of any issues or decisions that were made related to code/safety. They were respectful towards our home, and work area, and pet friendly. The project was completed on time!
Coordinating with the propane company was one of our biggest reasons to go with them too. Also, coordinating energy rebates for us AND having a third party scheduled for pickup of the old oil tank/boiler removed all on schedule.
The Team who worked on our home propane system at Gammons is amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone who has any heating needs!!!!! They offer great warranties and maintenance.
The heat is running great, quiet, has Wi-Fi, and auto water shut off.
Glad we went with a locally owned business and had the pleasure of meeting the owner. It showed the members take pride in their work and enjoyed what they do. They have clear communication with each other and it made the whole process clear for us.
